Data Protection Statement
Thank you for your interest in our website. Protecting your private sphere is very important to us. The next sections provide detailed information on how we deal with your data.

Saving access data in server logfiles
You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. We only save access data in so-called server logfiles e.g. name of the requested file, date and time of access, transferred data volume and the requesting provider. This data is evaluated solely for ensuring smooth operation of the website and improving our offer and does not enable us to identify you.

Data collection and use for contract processing and when opening a customer account
We collect personal data if you voluntarily provide this in the context of placing your order, contacting us (e.g. via contact form or email) or when opening a customer account. The relevant input forms show what data is collected. We only use the data you provide for contract processing and handling your enquiries. After the contract has been completely processed, or your customer account has been deleted, your data will be blocked for further use and deleted once the retention period under tax and commercial law has come to an end, unless you have expressly agreed to your data being used for another purpose or we reserve the right to additional data use, which is permitted under law and about which we inform you below. You can delete your customer account at any time either by sending a message using the contact details described below or using the relevant function in the customer account.

Data transfer for contractual performance
To perform the contract, we shall pass on your data to the dispatch company commissioned with delivery, if this is required for delivering the ordered goods. Depending on the payment provider you select during the order process, we shall pass on the payment data collected for payment handling purposes to the credit institution commissioned to deal with the payments and, if applicable, payment service providers commissioned by us or to the selected payment service. In part, the selected payment service providers also collect the data themselves if you set up an account with them. In this case, you must log in during the order process using your access data with the payment service provider. In this respect, the data protection statement from the payment service provider shall apply.

Use of data when subscribing to the email newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use the data required, or provided separately by you, to send you our e-mail newsletter regularly according to your consent. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, either by sending a message using the contact details described below or via the relevant link in the newsletter.
